Shipment Policies

In order to bring you the original and freshness flavor of our coffee Torre de Alba sends their products from Costa Rica. To speed up transition times to USA we have created a logistics center located in Atlanta.

Shipment rates are calcutade at check out time, free shipment is availbae with the purchase of 12 o more products if the final destination is Continental USA or Canada.

Shipment times.
Orders placed after 3pm Friday or during weekends will be processed next full businness day.

Standard Shipments
Our estimated times for standard shipment is 7 days but please keep in mind that international shipments might run into delays out of our control; but rest assure that we will put all our efforts on getting the products to you as soon as possiblee.

Origin and transit time.
Your order will be shipped via courier from our plant to your businnesss or residential address. Once you have placed your order it will be processedd within 2businesss days or same day for second or third day delivery, if you provide us with an email address you will get email notifications about the status of your order.

Process of cancelation.

Any order on processing status can be cancel before shipment; once the order have been shipped it can not be cancel. If you cancel an order please allow 15 businesss days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card.
